Catering is a full service caterer. We offer gourmet food for all types
of occasions. Brio specializes in more than just delivering food, we
also offer on-site chefs who will prepare your dinner right in your
home. Brio has an experienced staff of servers and bartenders to cater
to any event large or small. Our belief is that all catering needs are
different, and all customers are different, that is why we customize
menus and service for each event.

staffing needs your event may require. Whether
it be our personal chefs expertly preparing a seven course
tasting in your very own home or on-site at your location of
choice. Our servers are available for set-up and
clean-up insuring your event runs effortlessly and that
every detail is taken care of. Our knowledgeable bartenders are available
in many capacities to accommodate your guests needs.
Brio provides creative consultation for a variety of budgets and occasions. Each menu is custom made and tailored to a perfect fit for your personal event avoiding the "cookie cutter" experience. Unique garnish and displays for all food presentation will make a lasting impression on your guests. Brio specializes in inventive, high-quality menus that will be perfect for your unique event.
Because your menu is tailor fit to your event any special touches can be added at your request. From a favorite food or ingredient to a uniquely yours custom made martini. Brio will try to accommodate your ideas, as well as help you in the direction to make your event successful. Brio catering can be flexible in the location and size of your event. Also, as a full-service caterer we can arrange for any special needs as far as rentals, decor, and staffing services.
We have several bar packages you can choose from, or we can design a beverage menu based on your budget. We offer a private bar set up with well groomed & experienced bartenders, & a wide variety liquors, wines & beers. As you may know, wine is a specialty of ours and we can design a custom wine list based on your taste.
